We have opened registries at the following stores.
You should be able to find any of the registries under either Lorien Fono or Richard Fromm. Some of them are also listed by number.
Linens -n- Things has stores in both Canada and the United States, as well as a web site. Some of the items are available in store only. If you purchase an item in person at a store, the easiest thing to do is to have the store call the Vallejo, CA store (707-552-2041). You can pay at any store, and the item will be held for us at the Vallejo store. This avoids any shipping charges, and (from Canada) avoids having to go through Customs. If you purchase on the web, I believe that some items can be held for in store pick-up by us, also avoiding shipping charges. Shipping charges are waived for orders over $100. You can also order by phone at 1-866-568-7378.
Bed Bath & Beyond only has stores in the United States; there are none in Canada. Nevertheless, you should be able to buy items online with a credit card from a Canadian bank. Bed Bath & Beyond will not hold items for us at any store. If you are willing to get on their mailing list, they will regularly send you coupons, often good for 20% off of one item. They are very generous about their acceptance of coupons, beyond the terms printed on the coupon. They will usually accept expired coupons, multiple coupons at a time, and coupons from competitors. Coupons are only good for in store purchases, you can not use them online. You can also order by phone at 1-800-462-3966.
amazon.com does not have any physical stores, it is a web site only. Many purchases have no shipping charges -- look for the phrase "Super Saver Shipping". This is usually dependent on the order being over a certain amount (generally $25), and it only applies to items shipped directly from amazon.com, not from any of their affiliates. Please make sure you're looking at our registry (labeled "Rich and Lorien's Wedding Registry") and not at either of our Wish Lists, which we're currently just using as scratch areas. I don't know if you can place place orders through this, but amazon.com does have a toll free number good in both the US and Canada, 1-800-201-7575.
All we registered for here is some dishes, since it turns out that the ones we selected a while back from amazon.com haven't been available for years. There is no physical store directly available from this web site. I'd imagine that you could find these in some store, but I have no idea where. You might also be able to order by phone, 1-800-999-2811. Their web page is somewhat hard to navigate, and you may only able to find our registry via Lorien's name, and not via either Rich's name or the registry number. Please let us know if you have trouble finding the registry.
If you don't see anything above that's to your liking, we're also quite happy to receive gift certificates for any of the following:
This information ought to already be included with all of the registries, but I'm repeating it here just in case. It is preferable to ship items to Rich's work, and not to our home address.

We appreciate your gifts very much, but gift wrapping is not necessary, as we are happy to cut down on extra packaging.
