Middle East 2007 -- MitzpeRamon

After visiting with Rich's family in Lachish, we all drove south into the Negev desert, arriving in the evening in Mitzpe Ramon. It was a long day, having got up way before the crack of dawn to climb Masada.

We spent a full day in Mitzpe Ramon, and hiking around the Maktesh Ramon crater, before heading down to the very southern tip of Israel at Eilat.
